Actually, I failed since my toaster is higher than the temperature that i was supposed to use. So my biscotti became burnt but my recipe which I used is good from my previous experience. And process is very easy and simple. I just needed to use oven with waiting for heat up time.
I used pecan but original recipe was pistachio in the book. Since I couldn't find a suitable recipe online, I used that recipe again. It is the recipe of French chef, Mr. Pipin.
